What are the most important topics to cover in a newborn care class?

- The *most* important is breastfeeding... Get that down pat and you're pretty much good to go. The rest is alot of trial and error.
- Feeding, Diapering, SIDS prevention, and infant CPR and basic first aid are the most useful. Also prevention of shaken baby syndrome, and ways to handle frustration other than shaking the baby. And care of the umbilical cord stump/circumsized penis are also useful topics. Have fun!
