Infants - What rights do infants have considering they are defered to their parents?

What rights do infants have considering they are defered to their parents?

what happens when the parent is disabled and requires assistance? Do infants have a right to happy, healthy, parents who's basic needs are fulfilled?

Do any of us have some magical right to be healthy? That's dumb. If the parents are so ill that they can't care for the child, then yeah, they shouldn't have custody. If they are ill, but still able to care for the child, then they should certainly have custody.
